Usually, property businesses will require you to deposit your money into their business for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years for which they will give you a fixed return, but generally without specific security and with the caveat that they can use your money for whatever they like – they don’t tell you that in their social media posts!
All our preferred investors’ funds go into specific identified projects – not into our business!
We invest our own money in the same deals we offer to our preferred investors, so you can be sure they are excellent opportunities from the outset.
The extensive due diligence process we undertake on every project means we only choose the best opportunities, and we walk away from the rest!
Unlike most other property businesses, we manage, control and deliver each project in collaboration with our sister company Ashdan Consulting, which provides many years of construction expertise to ensure your investment is in safe hands!
Our network of tried and tested partners ensures that we create a first class ‘power team’ on all our developments.
Through experience and continuing projects,
we work by the following 3 principles
If you invest large sums with us, your money goes straight to our solicitor as with any normal property purchase, and we provide you with appropriate security.
Unlike others, for larger sums on specific projects we offer first charge security at Land Registry, as well as a loan agreement with us, and the latter for all other preferred investors who provide other smaller levels of funding.
We only work with a select group of preferred investor clients at any given time, thus allowing us to provide a focused service.
We scrutinise every opportunity in detail at the outset – if it isn’t right or doesn’t fit our, or our investors’, criteria, then we walk away.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over 35 years’ experience. John worked for major UK contractors in a variety of senior roles before establishing Ashdan Consulting in 2015 and Ashdan Estates in 2019.
John’s wife and fellow director, Tanya has many years of experience in business administration, and ensures that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to provide the necessary support to the technical functions of the business.
Responsible for all day-to-day activities, Rachel brings youth and enthusiasm to the business and is focused on providing first-class support services to all Ashdan Estates’ projects.
Martin has extensive business development experience and contacts, building long lasting relationships with businesses and clients.
